For buyers

• Inspect the car in person or send a trusted preparer.
• Check the homologation form and the technical passport match the car (chassis number, cage certificate).
• Verify expiry dates of seats, harnesses and the fuel cell.
• Ask for invoices of engine and gearbox rebuilds.
• Never pay deposits via untraceable methods to unknown sellers.

For sellers

• Hand over the car only after funds have cleared.
• Be wary of buyers offering to overpay or use couriers you do not know.
• Keep communication within traceable channels.
