RallyCarsMarket provides an online platform where users publish and browse classified advertisements for rally vehicles and parts. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. One person or company may not impersonate another.
3. Listings
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, including homologation and documentation claims. Listings that are misleading, duplicated, illegal or unrelated to motorsport may be suspended or removed.
4. Paid services
Optional promotion products may be offered. Prices, durations and refund conditions will be shown before purchase.
5. Liability
We do not inspect vehicles or guarantee listings. Always inspect the car and its papers before paying.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page.
